DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders (including New Zealand), please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Slow Culture Co. is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

WRONG ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Slow Culture Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
